The company’s strategy focuses on developing a comprehensive and distinguished educational environment that supports the academic and social growth of students, aiming to enhance their learning experience, strengthen the reputation of the company’s schools, and increase enrollment. To improve the quality of its educational services, the company undertakes the following initiatives:
• Recruiting Outstanding Educational and Administrative Staff
The company is committed to hiring experienced educational and administrative professionals to enhance students’ academic and behavioral levels. Staff development is at the core of the company’s strategy, offering various training programs in collaboration with accredited training centers. These programs help enhance the academic, pedagogical, and managerial skills of employees, equipping teachers with modern teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and advanced technology integration skills. To achieve this goal, the company also continuously evaluates its employees’ performance using various key performance indicators and offers incentives and rewards for outstanding performance.
• Creating a Stimulating and Modern Learning Environment
To foster a comfortable and motivating educational environment, the company provides state-of-the-art school facilities, including classrooms equipped with the latest technology such as interactive screens, smart boards, and scientific and computer labs. This is achieved through establishing new schools or acquiring existing ones to meet the growing educational needs in these areas while strengthening the company’s geographical presence. Such efforts enhance its competitive position in the private education sector.
The company has experienced significant growth through the accelerated acquisition of leading educational complexes with well-established brands across multiple cities. In 2021, the company acquired 11 educational institutions, integrating them under the umbrella of Integrated Development for Education and Training, thereby expanding its educational services and reaching a broader customer base. The company remains ambitious in its expansion efforts, continuously seeking to acquire new educational complexes to cater to the increasing demand for education.
Currently, the company operates in four cities in Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, and Yanbu. It ranks fifth among the largest educational companies in the Saudi education market, holding a 1.7% market share across the Kingdom for the 2023-2024 academic year, while the highest-ranking company holds 4.2%, according to a market study conducted by Arthur D. Little (for more details, please refer to Section 3: Market and Sector Information of this prospectus). As of October 31, 2024, the total number of students enrolled in the company’s educational complexes reached 19,653, while the total capacity across all its current schools stood at 35,269 students.
Additionally, the company is striving to increase its market share through marketing strategies such as digital campaigns and social media marketing to raise awareness of the advantages of its schools and attract new students. This includes approved executive discounts to attract new customers and partnerships with various companies, banks, and hospitals to offer discounts for students enrolled by their employees in the company’s educational complexes.

Diversification of Curricula to Meet the Diverse Needs of Students, Including Special Education Students
The company offers a variety of curricula and educational tracks across its educational complexes, including the national curriculum, American curriculum, French curriculum, and Egyptian track, in addition to a special education track for students with special needs.
Strategically, the company plans to expand its educational offerings by introducing additional international curricula, such as the British curriculum and other programs that may be in demand in the future. This initiative aims to broaden educational options and meet students’ diverse learning needs.
Furthermore, the company is adopting modern teaching methodologies to keep pace with market developments, including partnerships with interactive e-learning platforms and the introduction of new educational tracks, such as the “Noon Track”, which is currently implemented in one of its schools.
A key focus area for the company is the enhancement of the special education track for students with special needs. This track is currently available in six of the company’s schools, with plans to expand its availability to most of its educational complexes to ensure equal learning opportunities for all students.
